Lawn Revitalization/Overseeding

Service Description

Dethatch, Vacuum, Core Aerate and Overseed the lawn using overseeder drill. This is a 4 step process. The property owner will need to apply fertilizer after this process which we do not provide. Do not use weed and feed or pre-emergent fertilizers as this will not let the seed germinate. I use a mix of Kentucky Blue Grass, Perennial Rye and fescues to get the best results in full sun or shade. Customers are responsible to mark shallow underground utilities such as sprinkling irrigation heads. lines, cable, electric, landscape lighting, junction boxes, sewer/drainage lines, propane/LP/Gas lines , invisible dog fences and similar underground lines. Land Care, Inc will not be responsible for damage. Call 811 - 5 days before you dig. 811 does not locate non-public lines.
