We have the equipment to plant brand new lawns. This can be done if you have a remodeling job, new construction or just need to start over! This would include land leveling, sculpting the grade, surface trash removal and prep to get a smooth, level seed bed surface to plant new grass seed. We then use a grass seed drill that pushes the seeds into holes and surface and compacts the seed to the ground for good contact to germinate. It is the homeowners responsibility to follow the watering instructions to get the grass to grow. Best time to do this project is early spring once the ground is warm or early fall (Aug-Sept) I use a blend of Kentucky Blue Grass, Perennial Rye and fescues to get good results in full sun or shade. I can customize the seed if needed. Do not apply lawn weed killers, weed and feed or pre-emergent fertilizers as the seed will not germinate/grow.
